I discovered the transformative power of Gallup Strengths while working in the nonprofit sector, which ignited my passion to become a certified coach. I am a Senior Career Consultant at The University of Texas at San Antonio and the founder of Compassionate Consulting, a Latina-owned consulting firm.
With over two decades in nonprofit and higher education sectors, and seven years in business, I bring a wealth of experience to my coaching practice. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Master of Social Work. Additionally, I am a Certified Nonprofit Management Professional and have training in Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST).
As a Licensed Master Social Worker, I am dedicated to advocating for and empowering students, working collaboratively with various departments to support a diverse range of individuals.
